Car Buying Reinvented–Forget What You Know About the Car Buying Process
You’re in the market to buy a new car. If you’re anything like the majority of the general population, you can’t stand the thought of stepping foot onto a car dealership lot: the salesmen swarm, you begin to sweat as they bombard you with questions, and you get frustrated knowing the hounding won’t stop when all you’d really like to do is simply wander the lot solo and ask questions when you’re ready. Well, Frank Leta Acura dislikes this, too–in fact, so much so that we’ve decided to do something about it.
First off, we aren’t fans of feeling pressured, so we don’t want you to feel that way either. Our salesmen are no longer commission-based. When you visit our lot, our product specialists are there to help guide you to the car that’s right for you, and if we don’t have the right fit, we’ll tell you. After all, honesty is the best policy.
While we’d love to meet you in person, we understand that sometimes your schedule just doesn’t allow you to get out to our dealership. So, you simply let us know which car you’d like to test drive and we’ll bring it to you. In fact, we’ll even pick up your trade-in when we arrive to appraise it, if you’d like.
Say we’ve helped you find the car that’s perfect for your needs–now what? There’s no need to stress over the thought of having to turn on your negotiating skills. We price all of our cars, both new and pre-owned, based on age-old supply and demand. You’re busy and don’t have time to do the price-negotiation dance. Same here.
Now that we’ve got you in the car of your dreams, we ask you to take it home and make sure you’re comfortable. What do we mean by that? We believe in living with no regrets–including car purchases. So, take your new car home and live with it for 48 hours. If for any reason you’re not satisfied to the fullest within those two days, simply bring the car back to exchange (no questions asked).
Have a car you’d like to trade in? Fantastic. Worried it’s in poor condition, has too many miles, or simply isn’t worth a trade? You might be surprised. We accept cars of any model, color, and condition. Even if we don’t think it can be re-sold, we’ll send it over to our in-house wholesale network who would love the challenge. Want some icing on that cake? We’ll buy your car from you even if you don’t buy from us.
Lastly, but certainly most important to us, is our dedication to tech support. It’s 2015 and technology is king, but not all technology is intuitive. We’re well aware that you probably don’t read your owner’s manuals (and we don’t blame you)–they’re long and wordy, and no one has time for that. So instead of sending you off in your brand new car with an optimistic “good luck”, we’re instead making a commitment to you for the lifetime of your car.
Whether it’s operating your navigation system, learning how to sync your phone to your vehicle, or simply getting a better understanding of what the different notifications mean on your dash, we’re here to educate.
