I’ve bought six cars from Frank Leta Acura. Every time my experience has been top-notch. There have been obvious misunderstandings in some of the language, but the crew stepped in made it right and that’s what you’re looking for in an in a dealer.

The purchase was smooth and very quick, however after one week after purchasing the vehicle, I had to take it to get serviced. The amount I was quoted was over 1000 dollars to fix. And wouldn’t you know it, they didn’t want to cover the cost even after saying the vehicle was thoroughly inspected. I did contact my salesman and he took care of this for me. Had this not happened I would have given a perfect review because of how smooth the sale went. I do recommend seeing Cody if you do look at purchasing at Frank Leta

Edwin was a great salesman, he was really patient with me and kept up on his end when it came to the things I wanted completed on my car, I did my own research( which i recommend everyone does!!) and when asking my questions he didnt hesitate to answer them ,no foul play. Shout out Evan Huskey! I used to work a Joe machetes in Columbia and know dealers can be predatory. That being said I experienced nothing but kindness, professional and straightforward sales. After listening to our wants and needs we were shown a car in our price range that had more features than we could imagine. They didn't pressure us to look at cars outside our price range.
