This dealership was absolutely phenomenal to work with. This review is coming from someone who ended up not moving forward with the purchase however it was not from a lack of customer service. I was looking to purchase a Toyota grand Highlander coming from out of state and Nate Made sure to take detailed videos of the vehicle, communicated with me and was upfront in regard to pricing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to get a good deal with honest people.

Have to give high marks to Mr Flowers exceptional performance. 4 stars because I noticed $3500 for powertrain, not once did anyone ask if I wanted it! You would think this sort of thing would (and should) be brought up. My bad i missed it when I scanned paper work. (industry trick make paperwork long with way to much wording so people are inclined to skip reading)

Evan was a great salesperson—responsive, honest, and professional. He answered all my questions by text before the test drive and sent photos and video of the vehicle. There was never any pressure, and he was upfront about the first car having been in a wreck. We ended up purchasing a brand-new RDX, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Even after the sale, Evan made sure we were taken care of when we decided not to keep the extended warranty. Highly recommend working with him.

I bought a used Nissan Altima here this week. The overall experience was positive although I wasn't the happiest with the Detailing and paint protection I bought for the car. I called the dealership because I was having trouble installing my front plate. MB answered the phone and told me I need not call service, he told me just to come in. I arrived, and MB (My brother) took care of my need personally. He was not my sales person who sold me the car a month ago. Wonderfully delightful.
