I was in and out with my new car in about an hour and a half, and honestly, most of that time was spent just sitting and having friendly conversations with Christine! It felt more like catching up with a friend than buying a car.

When Brant has worked on my car, my mind can rest more easily!
This was my first time working with Racheal, and I’m so grateful to her for her prompt and thorough communication, expertise, patience with my numerous questions, and ability to juggle so much at once. She is SUPERB!!! Attention to detail is critically important to me in most things, but especially when in comes to my car. Racheal masterfully attended to and communicated with me all of the details with this latest service work as well as the future strut work I’ll need to have done (The car turned 26 in June, so these parts have done their duty and then some!), and I’m very thankful I was able to work with her! I also want to give some praise and thanks to Maddie, one of the customer service representatives, after she took the time to understand my concerns regarding the work on my old car when I called to schedule, and then made sure to call me back the following day with answers, just as she said she would. Nate, was extremely thorough showed a lot of options and through discussion we stumbled on what exactly what I was looking for. Very upfront, very good car guy (in terms of understanding my concerns with different drivetrain options)
