Just wanted to say thank you to Sam Jones in the service department. He took the time to explain what my car needed and why. He really took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood what maintenance I needed. Thanks for going the extra mile and cleaning the black shoe marks off of my door and kickplate. He also updated my maintenance book and was very personable! Best service experience I’ve ever had at this dealership! Thanks Sam! You’re awesome!

Great Service Department. Professional and willing to go the extra mile. I like the loaner car program, and the waiting area is very nice with free refreshments, and snacks. The text-based advisor interface is nice to easily approve repairs, with all the pricing right on the screen. Very happy with the scheduling online as well. Cougar, my advisor, did a great job with the service call and warranty repair. Thanks for a great experience.

Let’s face it, shopping for cars is so daunting. There are very few people who actually enjoy the process, including myself. I have to say, my car buying process was excellent because I worked with Nick Dubrouillet at Frank Leta. He was so professional, so kind, very knowledgeable, and overall just a really good guy. We were at the dealership late on a Monday night, after a very long day in the clinic, and I actually can say it was an enjoyable evening….I didn’t even think that could be possible! Not only did he write up a heck of a deal, but I learned a lot about new cars and all of the new technology available…he is solely responsible for my new obsession with Apple Carplay. The last time I was in the car buying market the technology was not so advanced so it was a welcome educational experience. As an owner of a small business, who relies heavily on my employees to make my practice and business successful, I recognize great employees when I see them. Nick is an asset to that dealership and I hope that every person who walks in their doors has a chance to work directly with him. I don't usually write google reviews but after being treated as professionally as we were throughout the car-buying experience, I had to. If you want to be treated like an intelligent adult, if you don't want to be "sold" to, if you want salespeople who look out for your best interests, then go see Frank Leta Acura.Sean Brady (our sales rep) treated us with respect, honesty and fairness. We'd buy from Frank Leta (and from Sean) anytime.
