They did all the maintenance on my TL, and took very good care of it. Then they bought my car when I was ready to sell it. I only wished I had bought the car there in the first place. I would have purchased my next car from them, but really wanted to do an electric car, so I ended up choosing a Tesla. If Acura ever produces an electric car, I will go back to Frank Leta.

I have been going to Frank Leta Acura for nearly 5 years now. Customer Service is always great, the last few visits my Advisors were John Weber and Heather Egart...they are both AMAZING! John helped me at my most recent visit and he made sure I was informed, didn't make me feel pressured while explaining service that was needed or recommended and made sure I was comfortable with what was done. As with all dealerships costs are pricey, but I trust Frank Leta with my Acura, they do good work, and when its all said and done my peace of mind is worth the price. I literally pass 2-3 Acura/Honda dealerships to drive the nearly 30 min to go to Frank Leta because they make it worth it. I'll continue to be a loyal customer as long as they keep up the good work and superb customer service.

11:30pm two nights before Thanksgiving my tire blew out on the side of the highway. Acura roadside assistance quickly sent a tow truck to have the car dropped off at the dealership. The next day John Weber quickly informed me the car was received and explained my maintenance plan. He was able to get the tire on my TLX replaced, oil and filter changed and washed without an appointment. This took under 2 hours. John kept me informed and explained the services. I was very pleased with Frank Leta's and Johns service and assistance. John definitely goes above and beyond for his customers and it's very much appreciated.

It is always a pleasure at Frank Leta Acura. It's like a Vehicle Maintenance Spa, so to say. While Frank Leta employees take great care of your vehicle's need--they also take care of you and the party you come with. Frank Leta Acura's waiting area gives you that home like feeling as well. If you haven't had lunch and need something to pacify yourself, there are a variety of snacks and drinks to choose from! And for that winter cold, there is also hit chocolate (better than Starbucks), coffee and hot tea.The family staff (that's what I call them because they are like one big family) are always smiling, welcoming, professional and patient. Heather and Sam, the two Service Agents I have had the pleasure of working with are exceptional! Rod, the Service Foreman, is amazing and take pride in his work and is also very knowledgeable with Acura vehicles and maintenance. The slogan, 'nothing beats a Leta' stands true and strong. Thank you Frank Leta for being my GoTo for my Acura MDX needs!

Pulled into Frank Leta Acura without an appointment for a low pressure tire concern. They took our car in right away and advised that since I bought the tires there, any repair would be at no charge. The nail was removed and tire repaired at no charge as discussed, and I was on the road with a clean car (they washed it for free as well) in no time. Waiting area is comfortable and the service advisors (mine was Brad) are always courteous. They never try to up-sell you services that you don't need, and only discuss Acura recommended maintenance items. If you're servicing an Acura, this place is great.
