My first vehicle maintenance stop after recently moving to the STL area. Best experience and customer service, Cougar K explained every maintenance detail that needed to be done on my vehicle. He put together a maintenance package for my vehicle that accommodated time and my budget for my first visit. I most appreciate the convenience of having this dealership fairly close to my house.
Sam is very professional and does a great job taking care of my cars. He always finds the best and most cost effective way to take care of any problem!
I just purchased my Acura TLX a couple weeks ago. Just want to say thanks to Aaron Mead for helping me pick out the right car i’ll get a A-Spec next time.
Josh Chartrand and the Frank Leta team was great! Outstanding service.

Aaron was very helpful and informative on the Mazda that i bought and i am very grateful for the great service i have received from my visits and for my first car purchase. Sean Brady is awesome. He and Mike are extremely efficient and are very creative problems solvers. This is my second Acura bought from Frank Leta and I’ll never go anywhere else.
Visited FLA looking for an odyssey minivan. I am a sales guy myself, so its always interesting to listen to the various personalities you run across when buying a car. One of the things that is so important in sales is building relationships, part of that is listening to what customers want and respecting that. My sales guy was Sean Brady and although we didn't come to an agreement on a minivan, what he did do was left a very favorable impression of frank leta. I didn't deal with Sean initially but was working with a newer rep Mike, who Sean was mentoring. I had test driven a 2016 Honda EX-L minivan and took it home over night for my wife to look at. In the morning I returned and wanted to discuss making an offer on the vehicle. Sean listened to what I was needing in the deal and advocated for it, not once did he belittle my requests or undermine my attempt at getting a better deal. What Sean did do was present the offer I wanted and then we tried to come to an agreement. Unfortunately the numbers I wanted didn't line up with the numbers FLA had. Even though we didn't get the deal done, Sean shook my hand and we have had a few laughs since then by text. A lot of sales people get quite perturbed when a deal falls apart, but Sean was the consummate professional. He listened to what I wanted and tried to get it done. If you want a buying experience where you will have an advocate as opposed to an adversary for a sales guy ask for Sean.
