My fiancé and I recently purchased a CPO ZDX just a few days ago. The sales process was easy since they don't negotiate—either you like the car and buy it at the advertised price or you don't. The place where they will make their money, like a lot of dealerships, is the Finance office. We financed through our credit union and turned down all the overpriced add-ons like any rational person would. However, since the value of EVs changes drastically, the one protection we wanted was GAP. We were presented with a price of $1,200 and scoffed and said no, we can get that through the credit union for much cheaper. We were then told right to our face, "No, this is through the credit union." So, we bought it assuming the price of things must just be going up. The next business day we were on the phone with Alltru and they confirmed their GAP coverage is only $599. WHAT? Where did $601 of my dollars go to—pure profit? Yep, Alltru confirmed to us that we didn't buy their coverage but a third party. So now I am bouncing between voicemail boxes to cancel their overpriced GAP and buy it through Alltru. Just like every dealer you go to, at every step realize their goal is to extract every last dollar out of the sale, no matter what it takes.

The purchase was smooth and very quick, however after one week after purchasing the vehicle, I had to take it to get serviced. The amount I was quoted was over 1000 dollars to fix. And wouldn’t you know it, they didn’t want to cover the cost even after saying the vehicle was thoroughly inspected. I did contact my salesman and he took care of this for me. I couldn’t have had a worse experience at this car dealership. I bought my first new (to me) Audi from this dealership in October. After paying 500$ to have tint added onto my deal, I ended up spending 3 months and going back to the shop 4 separate times because of how badly it was bubbling and peeling! By the fourth time I got tired of trying to let them get it right and dealt with the pealing tints. Flashfoward to now, my car was totaled in a hit and run. So i went back to Frank Leta to try to find a new one, after having no luck and not having any interest in the cars I did see, I left. This was Friday, I had viewed a 2023 Jetta that I thought could be a good option if I found nothing else in time. Monday I received a call from Frank Leta (Edwin) begging me to come back and look at the car again because he got the price down and into my budget for me. I didn’t want the car because it already had 106k miles which seemed far too high for a vehicle only used for three years. I asked, my mother asked, AND my dad asked if this car was ever used as a rental and it was assured to me over and over by Edwin it was a “one owner vehicle and never a fleet car”. It was 630 when I was able to make it to the dealership so I was rushed through paperwork (he straight up said to me he was rushing me through it because they were about to close). I didn’t get to look anything over as I was signing including the carfax. Only after purchasing a 16k vehicle and driving it home, did i THEN find out i was deceived and conned. How did I find this out? Not because they finally fessed up, not because they realized they made a mistake, but because a enterprise fleet card (pictured) fell out of the sun visor as I pulled it down. I called back to ask if there was a reasonable explanation for this only for Dave (Sales Manager) to cut me off and belittle me every time i tried explaining why I was so upset. I straight up had to ask him to let me finish my sentence BEFORE he started responding because that’s how a civil conversation goes, and he was not giving me that. I asked if there was something he was willing to do considering his fellow employees lied to me and my entire family BLATANTLY. All he had to say was “are you bringing the car back today or tomorrow?”. No customer service, no I’m sorry, no type of apology or making up for the terrible service I experienced. I would think a company would treat a loyal customer with more decency and respect. When I brought the car back and someone told Edwin I was there, he refused to even walk out of the back and apologize or explain to me why what happened, did happen. He sat in the back and hid. (After asking me to write him a good review online! as if?!?) Dave was no where to be seen either. The ONLY person in that entire dealership with a sense of decency is Brendan. It wasn’t his mistake to fix, but at least he came over and apologized to me for the situation the dealership put me in. He at least made me feel heard and he came to me with respect and no attitude. I respect his ability to try to make it right when it wasn’t his mistake to fix. I’d highly reccomend South County Auto Plaza over this dealership as they told me multiple people have came to them with similar issues from Frank Leta, including Frank Leta not actually going along with a release affidavit and spending 40 days fighting them to release a client off their loan on a car they returned. The sales manager dave is extremely rude to customers and incredibly disrespectful to his own employees. He made fun of their appearances and their character to me. Which I did not appreciate and i’m sure they didn’t either! I couldn’t reccomend more how far you should stay away from this dealership!!!
Shout out Evan Huskey! I used to work a Joe machetes in Columbia and know dealers can be predatory. That being said I experienced nothing but kindness, professional and straightforward sales. Shout out Evan Huskey! I used to work a Joe machetes in Columbia and know dealers can be predatory. That being said I experienced nothing but kindness, professional and straightforward sales. Wife and I walked in with horrible credit, I wouldn't even sell my self a car. But they managed and got me a deal in a nice 2019 atlas. At the price point I asked for. Didn't feel any upselling or pushy add on sales. I know my interest rate was high but that's due to my credit and not on them. I have saved my salesman's number for future use. After I graduate and start making some good money I'll be back.

I am very disappointed and will probably stick with Toyota where I don't have the same expectations regarding the servicing of my vehicle.
I did get a free car wash code and I anticipate continuing to request a free car wash when I get my car serviced, however, this does not meet my standards of a luxury car service experience.
Jamie was excellent to work with. He answered all of my questions and was very accommodating. I am very happy with the purchase of my new Integra.

Dave and Ryan were both great to work with. We drove to Frank Leta Acura to look on one car and it did not meet our expectations. After listening to our wants and needs we were shown a car in our price range that had more features than we could imagine. They didn't pressure us to look at cars outside our price range. Whole process was fairly quick- for buying a car. They also addressed a concern we had about worn tires- replacing them that day.
